Teacher connects a source
An accepted educator authorizes an approved Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or standards-based subscription feed. Personal event titles and private details are not published.
Calendar and availability
This page explains the calendar model being prepared for accepted educators and families. Live external calendar connections are not yet activated, so the site does not invent bookable times.

Planned calendar connection
The goal is one dependable availability view even when an educator uses Google, Outlook, Apple-compatible subscriptions, or another approved calendar source.
An accepted educator authorizes an approved Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or standards-based subscription feed. Personal event titles and private details are not published.
The educator chooses recurring Mama & Child availability, minimum notice, preparation gaps, breaks, and any dates that should remain unavailable.
Connected calendars prevent a teaching window from being offered when another confirmed event occupies the time. The program uses availability information, not unrelated calendar content.
Available sessions are shown in the visitor's selected time zone with the teacher's name, approved program, session length, and booking conditions.
A visible opening does not override age, subject, support, or teacher-fit review. The Welcome Session and written recommendation still guide assignment.
After approval and payment conditions are met, the class is added to the program schedule and the relevant participant calendars without exposing one family's details to another.
Current availability

Founder and Lead Educator
Current weekly openings are confirmed privately after the learner's goals, age, and time zone are reviewed.
Limited openingsConnection status: no external teacher calendar is currently authorized. Exact recurring openings require each educator's approved availability, time zone, calendar source, consent, and booking rules before they can be published.
Privacy by design
The calendar system should publish teaching windows and confirmed program events only. It should never display the names or details of unrelated personal appointments.
