Verified identity and professional name
The educator's published name and identity must match verified records or an approved professional-use arrangement. Families should know who is teaching.
Educator profiles
Profiles are not advertisements built from flattering adjectives. They present verified background, approved scope, teaching approach, learner fit, current availability, and clear professional boundaries.

Profile standard
The educator's published name and identity must match verified records or an approved professional-use arrangement. Families should know who is teaching.
Degrees, licenses, certifications, and training are listed only after review. Internal Mama & Child training is identified as internal development, not a government credential.
Profiles show the age groups, subjects, class formats, and support levels the educator is currently approved to teach—not every topic the person has ever studied.
Experience is described by learner group, subject, setting, and responsibility. Years alone do not prove current competence.
The profile explains how the educator plans, models, corrects, responds to learner differences, communicates with families, and protects dignity.
Families see who may benefit from the educator's strengths and when another teacher, program, or specialist may be more suitable.
Profiles use current, honest language such as accepting inquiries, limited openings, waitlist, or unavailable. Exact slots appear only when calendar synchronization is reliable.
Profiles state the educator's educational scope and do not imply diagnosis, therapy, guaranteed results, or qualifications that have not been verified.
Current approved profiles
Only educators who have completed the required review will appear. Empty profile spaces are not filled with invented teachers.

Founder and Lead Educator
Structured, responsive, psychology-informed, Montessori- and special-education-informed, with direct but dignity-protecting feedback.
Educator responsibility
Educators must report changes in availability, qualifications, approved scope, location, technology, or capacity. The program may pause or revise a profile when information is outdated, a calendar is unreliable, or quality review is incomplete.
Public profiles remain program records. They do not give educators ownership of family contact data or permission to arrange private teaching outside approved channels.
For families
The family-facing directory is designed for teacher selection, Welcome Session requests, and current availability inquiries.
