Our educators

Teachers families can know, understand, and trust.

Families deserve more than a name on a booking screen. They should know who is teaching, what that educator brings, and the standards that guide every class.

Teacher directory

Professional profiles designed for real family decisions.

Each profile separates verified background, teaching areas, age experience, teaching approach, and availability. Families may request a teacher, but the program confirms the final match only after checking goals, schedule, age fit, and support needs.

How teacher choice works

Choice is respected, and learning fit is confirmed carefully.

  1. Browse the teacher's complete professional profile and current availability status.
  2. Name a preferred teacher in the contact form and share the learner's age, goal, country, and time zone.
  3. The program checks schedule, subject expertise, age fit, and any educational support needs.
  4. A Welcome Session confirms whether the learner, family, and teacher can work together constructively.
  5. Once the fit is confirmed, the educator normally remains with the learner for the agreed 10-session cycle so trust, observation, and continuity can develop.
  6. If the fit is not suitable, the program may recommend another teacher, pathway, schedule, pause, or outside resource.

Availability should be trustworthy

We will not show invented open times.

Until live calendar synchronization is connected, profiles show an honest availability status and families request their preferred schedule through the contact form. Confirmed teachers will later maintain recurring weekly availability that is displayed in the family's local time zone.

Ask about a teacher

The standard for every educator

A good teacher needs knowledge, judgment, and care.

These expectations apply to every educator accepted into the program. A warm personality alone is not enough, and qualifications alone do not guarantee a good fit for families.

Competent and prepared

Teachers must understand their subject, plan responsibly, and adjust instruction without losing the learning purpose.

Calm and respectful

Correction, redirection, and feedback must protect the learner’s dignity and willingness to participate.

Family-sensitive

Teachers communicate clearly with the responsible adult and respect the parent or guardian’s role in the learning environment.

Inclusive in practice

Teachers use repetition, modeling, visual support, predictable routines, movement, or reduced pressure when educationally helpful.

Boundaried and safe

Teachers follow child-safety, privacy, communication, recording, and professional-conduct requirements.

Honest about progress

Families receive specific observations and realistic expectations, not exaggerated results or guaranteed fluency.

A protected professional relationship

Families may request a teacher, while the program remains responsible for the match and the learning record.

Mama & Child is not designed as an open marketplace where a name and price are the only safeguards.

Central matching

Family preference is welcomed, but final confirmation considers age, subject, goal, schedule, communication style, qualifications, and support needs.

Continuity by cycle

A suitable teacher normally remains for the full agreed cycle, with a documented handover if a change becomes necessary.

Program communication

Scheduling, payment, formal reports, family concerns, and communication about minors remain within approved Mama & Child channels.

Responsible records

Teachers receive only the information needed to teach and must protect learner records during and after their work with the program.

A team growing carefully

New teachers will be introduced transparently as they are accepted.

Mama & Child is building its educator community deliberately. Teacher profiles will appear here only after the program has reviewed the applicant’s background, teaching fit, professional conduct, and readiness to follow program standards.

Depending on role and location, additional identity, qualification, reference, safeguarding, demonstration-class, or background checks may be required before a teacher works with learners.

An application does not guarantee acceptance, a minimum number of classes, or an employment relationship. The exact arrangement is discussed in writing with successful applicants.
