Teacher planning a personalized family learning session

First-time enrollment

The Welcome Session is professional onboarding—not an unlimited free trial.

It helps the teacher understand the child, hear the family’s goals, explain the method, and recommend a realistic learning path.

01

Understand the family

Discuss the child’s age, English exposure, interests, communication needs, confidence, learning routines, and family priorities.

02

Observe gently

Notice comfort, attention, listening, current language, interaction, and helpful forms of support without clinical testing or diagnosis.

03

Recommend clearly

Suggest a class type, starting focus, parent role, session length, and realistic practice routine.

The Welcome Session normally follows the child’s age-based fee and session length unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing before booking.

Booking and payment information

Important details are confirmed before payment.

Scheduling

Teacher availability, time zone, frequency, and preferred days are confirmed by email before a family pays.

Changes and absences

Rescheduling, late arrival, emergency, teacher cancellation, and serious connectivity arrangements are stated in the written family agreement.

Multi-session arrangements

Any package size, validity period, payment schedule, credit, or discount is explained clearly before purchase. No package is assumed from an inquiry.

Registration and inquiries

Ask questions before choosing a session or payment arrangement.

Share the child’s age, country and time zone, learning goal, and preferred schedule. You will receive a thoughtful response before any booking or payment.
