Program terms
Clear educational and service boundaries.
These terms summarize important expectations. The exact schedule, payment, rescheduling, and class arrangements are confirmed in writing before enrollment.
Educational scope
Mama & Child English provides language education, communication-skills training, parent guidance, and educational consultation. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical care, or clinical treatment unless a separate service is formally delivered by an appropriately licensed professional.
Progress and outcomes
No quick-fluency or guaranteed-outcome promise is made. Progress varies according to age, readiness, attendance, participation, practice, English exposure, learning needs, confidence, and time.
Parent or guardian responsibility
A responsible adult must arrange a safe and suitable online learning environment and remain available during a minor child’s session. Younger children normally require closer participation. The adult should share relevant safety or learning information and communicate concerns promptly.
Fees, payment, and booking
Published single-session fees are per private online session. Focused programs are normally sold as a defined 10-session cycle at the price shown on the Pricing page. A session or cycle is confirmed only after the family receives and accepts the applicable schedule, payment instructions, teacher match, educational scope, and written arrangement.
Teacher requests and learning fit
A family may request a preferred teacher. Final confirmation depends on the learner's age, goals, educational needs, subject, schedule, teacher capacity, and the Welcome Session. If the requested match is not suitable or available, the program may recommend another teacher, schedule, pathway, pause, or outside resource.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and connectivity
Teacher availability, time zone, late arrival, cancellation, rescheduling, emergency, serious connectivity problem, teacher cancellation, package validity, pause, transfer, credit, and refund arrangements are stated in the family agreement before payment. The website does not override that written arrangement.
Professional conduct and child safety
Families and teachers are expected to communicate respectfully and protect the child’s dignity and privacy. Teacher communication about a minor is directed to the responsible adult. Inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or boundary-violating conduct may result in pausing or ending a session or service arrangement.
Recordings and images
No recording, screenshot, photograph, or promotional use is permitted without clear prior agreement and appropriate parent or guardian consent.
Learning materials
Teacher-created materials are for the enrolled family’s personal educational use unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, publicly distributed, or republished without permission.
Teacher applications
A teacher application is an expression of interest only. It does not create employment, contractor status, a partnership, minimum hours, guaranteed learner placement, or an obligation to make an offer. Qualifications, references, teaching demonstrations, identity, safeguarding suitability, and other lawful role-related checks may be requested before any teaching arrangement is made. Successful applicants receive the applicable responsibilities, compensation, status, policies, and agreement in writing.
